Here is more evidence, a VeritasVisuals video released yesterday, that environmental activists, Hollywood (NGP Photo) entertainment industry producers and actors and Washington (NGP Photo) work together to end "… American energy independence", "Fracking", and "Keystone XL Pipeline" endeavors.

It will be interesting to see whether or not national news media employees ( i.e. who are not necessarily fact oriented 'journalists') and columnists cover this dramatic example of what some tribunals might label "treasonous behavior" or at least "betrayal of trust".

We have given readers over the last five years evidence of an Enviro-Industrial-Governmental Cabal whose goal is to weaken American security and make the country more energy dependent on foreign sources while accumulating government power at the expense of citizens and private sector wealth and job producers.

We take no pleasure in posting this video's display of disgraceful American disloyalty. Further, we assume that "the movement" described by the video participants must also include Canadian conspirators, both in NGOs and Government, whose efforts to target jobs and development include techniques of regulatory delay, lawsuits, intimidation, newsmongering, petitions, non-scientific scientific claims and phony fund raising projects. We provide it to our energy readers as "essential viewing", regretfully, for it represents part of the sad, new reality we have been describing over the last 5 years. In such an atmosphere we hope to see strong new leadership dedicated to founding principles in both countries.

We can imagine the types of conversations recorded in the video to have occurred behind closed doors in certain Congressional and Administration offices, concerning subjects like:

our response to the US Fish and Wildlife Service's effort to stop energy exploration in ANWR's Congressionally designated 1002 area; and
The Corps of Engineers' and EPA's unreasonable delay in permitting CD-5 in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska, a Yukon River bridge and Alaska OCS exploration; and
NMFS and the USFWS, respectively, restricting economic activities on vast areas to supposedly protect the Steller sea lion and polar bear when numbers of both species were increasing; and
without Congressional approval or budget authorization, creating by Presidential fiat and a later Executive Order an ocean policy task force and program that redistributes authorized resources from over a dozen federal agencies to the White House's project…which could further restrict any economic activity associated with oceans, lakes and streams throughout America; and
ordering an EPA Swat Team (Why are such agencies authorized to retain, train and activate 'swat teams'?) to execute a shocking 'raid' on Alaska miners operating legally within their mining claims; and
numerous other examples around the country; and so on….

Yes, we are by nature optimistic. But in reporting these and other offenses we believe it essential that decision makers in government and industry begin to accept that treacherous behavior like this is the new reality.

Hiding does not change reality.

Justia. Due process requires that the procedures by which laws are applied must be evenhanded, so that individuals are not subjected to the arbitrary exercise of government power.
