Alaska Oil and Gas Congress Descends on Anchorage!

Yesterday the 5th Annual Alaska Oil and Gas Congress began with a day-long seminar on the Alaska oil and gas tax structure.  Mayor Dan Sullivan was on hand to greet about 200 participants and Governor Sean Parnell (NGP Photo) who offered the opening address.  This morning, Alaska Natural Resources Commissioner Tom Irwin will offer the keynote followed by competing Alaska gas pipeline organizations led by TransCanada and Denali.  Your publisher is involved in the program and will offer more updates as the week closes.   -dh
